Lost Parcels: We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Once your order has been handed over to shipping carrier the responsibility for that parcel transfers to the carrier.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order and receive a refund if your order has not yet shipped. Once your order has shipped you may not request a refund.

Regular orders will ship in 3-5 business days, custom orders 5-8 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. If Monday is a federal holiday orders will process on Tuesday.
